I have worked full-time in the translation industry for over a decade and have translated everything from court judgments to museum texts to literary works.
I have translated Danish authors such as Viggo Bjerring and Hans-Peter Madsen and have worked with publishers including Politikens Forlag and Turbine.
I also translate from a number of other European languages and have literary translations published or forthcoming from German, Polish and Luxembourgish. I was the winner of the 2023 Goethe-Institut Award for New Translation for my translation of an excerpt from Dog Wolf Jackal by Behzad Karim Khani.
I have also translated two academic volumes from Swedish and was a contributing translator to the forthcoming Earliest Stories, 1880–1882, a collection of short stories by Anton Chekhov.
I am currently on the DELT Committee.
